Rosie’s Open Arms is an independent living and transitional living program dedicated to restoring and rebuilding lives. We serve domestic violence victims, homeless individuals, veterans, and seniors by providing a safe, stable, secure, and supportive environment where they can heal, build a solid foundation, and grow toward successful futures. Independent Living Program

Transitional Living Program
